Opens a session on chip under reset, with TagSequence.

probe-rs’s attach under reset holds nRST, attaches, arms reset vector catch and releases nRST, so the core is halted at its reset vector before any firmware instruction runs. Dropping the [Session] detaches through TagSequence, which lets the core run.

Errors

A message if probe-rs has no target named chip, the probe cannot be opened (open_probe), or the attach fails.
