Lists the ST-LINK-compatible probes on USB (bases and genuine ST-LINKs alike).
Uses tagcore’s LinkAdapt::available, the enumeration the monitor tools
use, so the UsbDev values match theirs. No probe is opened for debug
and no tag is reset.
